E80 SS1.1 port package    1984-1999   80" Evolution

Available to customer supplied OEM Harley castings

Much more than just a ported set of heads, the E80 SS1.1 package involves a complete rebuild and blueprinting of the stock OEM castings. Your choice of Manganese Bronze of close grain cast iron "big top" valve guides, EV8 stainless steel valves and high performance valve spring assemblies set up at 155 lb seat pressure for cams through .600" lift. It is an excellent street package for 80" thru 88" engines. a substantial increase of mid and top-end power capabilities while retaining strong bottom-end torque potential.
