TC88 SS1.0 port package    1999-2004    Twin Cam 88" and 95"

Available to customer supplied castings

Developed for use with "bolt-in" cams through .510" lift. Extracts maximum coefficients of air flow through stock port areas of minimum cross-section and stock valve sizes. Will add mid-range and top-end power production with no loss in bottom end torque potential. For use in mild builds where reliability is of major concern. It is performed to customer supplied OEM Twin Cam castings 1999 through 2004 model years only, If you have 2005 or later castings, please see the packages listed below. More info:TC88SS1.0.pdf


TC88 SS1.11 port package    1999-2005    Twin Cam 88" and 95"

Available to customer supplied castings

Where this package will work extremely well with "bolt in" cams, the flow characteristics are developed to better coincide with camshafts in excess of .510" through .600" valve lift. Yields a more substantial increase of peak power  potential over the SS1.0 while still retaining strong lower-end torque capabilities. Moderate increase in spring pressure (in standard form) for less valve train stress. It is performed to customer supplied OEM Twin Cam castings. More info:TC88SS1.11.pdf


TC88 SS2.11 port package    1999-2005    Twin Cam 88" and 95"

Available to customer supplied castings

An exceptional high performance street port for 95" Twin Cam engines. Intended use with cams in the .550"-.600" lift range. Power levels in excess of 110 torque and 110 rear wheel HP have been achieved while still retaining very good bottom-end torque and without the use of radical camshaft profiles or ultra high compression ratios. Though developed as a "street port" early versions (SS2.0) of this package were used by Nick Gonatas to turn 11.43 1/4 mile times on his 1999 FXD street bike in Daytona during March of 2000 (which was quite early in the Twin Cam performance game). TC96 SS2.0 port package  2006-Current   Twin Cam 95" 96" and 103"

Available to customer supplied castings

The improved port contours of 2006 and up castings yield impressive results with +060" oversized intake valves and most modifications performed to the immediate valve seat areas. The TC96 SS2.0 is intended for use with 96" and 103" applications where it is desired to increase mid and upper rpm power production while still retaining maximum bottom end torque potential with most popular camshafts through .570" lift.


TC96 SS3.0 port package  2006-Current   Twin Cam 95" 96" and 103"

Includes the use of 1.940" (.135" oversized) intake valves and 1.600" exhaust valves along with additional port contour work to extract the highest coefficient of air flow through the stock 1.640" round ports. For 96" engines being built for peak power production the vicinity of 6000 to  6500 rpm or 103" conversions through 6000 rpm while still retaining potential for very good torque production in the lower operating range. For use with most cams of .550" through .650" lift


TC Screamin' Eagle  PRO-PREP I  ™

Available to customer supplied castings

Applicable to Twin Cam "Screamin' Eagle Performance" (MCR) cylinder heads. Addresses the weaknesses and inconsistencies which occur in these mass produced "cookie cutter" assemblies and transforms them into a true professionally prepared product with attention to detail that assembly lines simply will not allow. Higher, more efficient air flow and more power are only a part of the benefits. For more info:
